Due to immediate hiring needs in 2016 and going into 2017, we will put an emphasis on employee attraction.

Employee Attraction & Retention was identified, through our materiality assessment, as a top area of interest to our
stakeholders. Throughout 2016, Davey developed a more rigorous set of goals to manage our approach to talent
attraction. We plan to report on progress toward attraction and retention metrics in 2017.
