I am a homeowner in the BGE service region; Kshitiz, under direction from the BGE vegetation management personnel, assessed my tree on my property that had fallen onto secondary power lines. The tree was complicated due to its shape and location and was leaning on power lines. Kshitiz was fast thinking with planning and arranging for the difficult weight distribution, as well as helpful and hospitable. Kshitiz fought for our needs—this was wonderful to feel his support. Kshitiz's work helped ease the emotional pain of losing our favorite tree, and he dispatched the work efficiently and with care. It was a pleasure to be under his care.
