Many times people have a great experience and it just ends there. I felt that Kevin's actions deserved to be further recognized by more than just me, for the professionalism and excellent customer service he provided a couple months back. We had some issues with a large number of our shrubs, and I called Kevin for his help. We have an annual contract for our trees and shrubs to be treated, and I had some concerns over a treatment(s) that may have contributed to our dying shrubs. Kevin not only took my many calls and listened to my concerns, but he came out to our home several times, brought out a couple of your other tree experts for their opinions, and kept me up to date on a regular basis. I think many people from other companies would have tried to avoid the situation; Kevin did not, even when I was probably being difficult to deal with. Kevin continued to work with me on a solution, and after all was taken care of, we couldn't be happier. You have a great associate in Kevin Shilling, and I just wanted you folks at Davey to know he is an asset to your company. Ravichandran Naperville, Illinois Sam Houston Electric Co-op account We would like to thank the Davey Surgery Co. and their crew for the wonderful job they did in the removal of a large 90- to 100-foot dead southern yellow pine from the front of our yard. I understand that Sam Houston Electric Cooperative (SHECO) is responsible for financing the removal of dead trees that threaten to fall on power lines and we thank them as well. Your crew worked in the most business-like manner, protecting our property by skillfully lowering branches and large chunks of the tree trunk without damage to our home and surrounding property. Becky and I sincerely thank you and your crew. Carl and Becky Johnson Coldspring, Texas Buffalo office I would like to commend the Buffalo Davey crew for a superb job in removing trees from my property. We are in awe of the expertise exhibited by all workers and equally impressed with the cleanup provided. We had two 64- to 70-foot pine trees removed from the side of our driveway and a 70-year-old, 70-foot silver maple sandwiched between our house and garage and the neighbor's garage; tight quarters to say the least. The maneuvering of equipment and precision cutting of tree limbs and trunks was impressive. Safety was of the utmost importance at all times, for both workers and observers such as my husband and me. I witnessed redoing of straps as well as repositioning of bodies and equipment in order to get it "just right." Time was not a factor; safety came first. Even my neighbors were totally impressed with the removal of stumps and how they went the extra mile to clean-up the entire area. Less than three weeks after the removal of the trees, we have grass growing in the "stump area" and you would never know huge trees were once part of our landscape. As a result of this excellent service, I have recommended Davey to friends and neighbors. Again, kudos to the crewmembers who worked together like a well-oiled machine.
