Each day, The MyDavey Bulletin receives many letters of appreciation from Davey clients. Read some excerpts of these rave reviews. Mailbox North Austin office Garland "Jeff" Cisneros, Juan Garcia, Jose Marroquin, Barry Miller The backyard looks awesome! Thank you so much to you and your crew for doing such a wonderful job! The place was spotless. You couldn't even tell the tree used to be there. Thank you again for doing such a fantastic job. Rosalind Stockton Austin, Texas Consumers Energy Jim Skutt Consumers Energy's "Share the Space" mailing had thoroughly satisfied my questions about procedures necessary to maintain reliable and safe electric power, and sometimes the need to trim or remove trees—but it was a congenial and sympathetic conference with one Davey foreman in particular, Jim Skutt, that made the loss of my trees more bearable. Mr. Skutt arranged to include my landscaper in our discussion so that I could see how a beautiful and practical restoration would be possible. I found the same accommodating attitude exhibited by other members of his crew. Although it's not my preferred view right now, I've been reassured that the long-term outcome will be a good one. Thank you for the good practices your company advocates. Maxine Harris Bridgeport, Michigan Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. Bryce Miller I've been meaning to write to you to let you know how much I appreciate having Bryce Miller on the Potomac Water Supply Program team. Bryce is extremely knowledgeable, and he is also very personable. He adds a lot of value by offering specific suggestions on how to navigate sometimes difficult situations. We all enjoy having him as part of the team, and I just wanted you to know that. Nicolle Boulay Program Manager Potomac Water Supply Program Ashburn, Virginia Denver Federal Center account Josh Kammerlohr Every time I have spoken with, worked with or consulted with Josh regarding Denver Federal Center (DFC) Team 6 and Davey work orders or projects for signage, special events, snow removal, bikes and general landscape maintenance, Josh has been nothing but helpful, professional and courteous! Josh has a lot of good knowledge and experience to share regarding Davey's operations on the DFC, which is both proactive and valuable. I also appreciate Josh's adherence to safety standards, his great attitude and humility. I truly appreciate the help I have received from Josh. Josh makes peoples' lives safer and easier—not only for U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), but also every agency employee and member of the public who sets foot on the DFC campus. Nic Pagano GSA, Denver Federal Center Denver, Colorado Cleveland East territory Nick Miller, Steve Wilde I know I demand a lot from my staff and contractors employed by grounds. I have high expectations and push people to meet or exceed them. I was reminded on the way to work how you convinced me to trust you and you would exceed my expectations. And you were right— the esplanade extension looks like a million dollars and is a beautiful, welcoming front door to Kent State University. Thank you for your expertise and equally high expectations. Perhaps that's why we work so well together. Thanks again for improving the look of campus in such a visible location as the esplanade extension. Heather White Manager, Grounds Department Kent State University, Kent, Ohio Indianapolis office Harold Hagerman, Alex Sitterding, Steve Smith, Wayne Thompson, Tonya Woods My once young tree was planted years ago, too close to my house. It was about 50 feet high and more than 25 years old. Despite years of excellent Davey care and more recently adding soil and trunk injections to stop the invasive emerald ash borer damage, it was time to make the necessary and emotional decision of taking down the tree. Because of the tree's proximity to my house and neighbor's house, this job required a crane truck, a chipper and a third truck. On the day of the appointment, the following Davey crew arrived exactly on time, to the minute: Harold, the foreman; Steve, the crane operator; and Alex, the groundman. Having not seen the property previously, the first thing they did was spend time walking around assessing the options and logistics to agree on a procedure. With uncanny precision and after remarkable communication, Steve brought the tree down into the cul-de-sac, like a feather. This letter of praise for Davey is long overdue. I grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio. My parents were good friends of the Davey family; I grew up with their children. My parents were devoted customers of your company for years. With their years and my years of working with your company, we represent above 75 years of customer loyalty, but even more, customer respect. I hope you find in my letter more than enough supportive evidence that they are most deserving, as well as testimony of my longevity in knowing Davey. The Reverend Dr. Joan B. Malick, Ph. D Indianapolis, Indiana Davey Resource Group Jim Jenkins Thanks for the extra data points and all the hard work by you and your team. I really appreciate it. Great job!
