USE DAVEY VOICE TO EXPRESS CONCERNS AND FEEDBACK
YOU SHOULD KNOW
United as employee owners, we believe in mutual
accountability, teamwork, and upholding our Davey
Values to make Davey a great place to
work for all employees. To that end,
we invested in an internal reporting
system, Davey Voice, as a tool to
further engage with our employees.
We are interested in listening to our
employees and continuing to improve
the overall employee experience.
We encourage you to use Davey Voice to report any
activity that you believe is inconsistent with our ethics,
policies, or values. All reports submitted, including
Whistleblower and Harassment complaints, will be
confidentially investigated.
R/C OPERATIONS GROW IN MINNESOTA
Davey expanded its Residential/Commercial (R/C) services
operations in St. Paul, Minnesota, through the opening of
the North St. Paul office, and has promoted James Ostlie
as the office's district manager.
"Our offices in Minnesota have continued to experience
remarkable growth and success, and we are excited that our
new office in North St. Paul will expand Davey's brand reach
to new audiences and expose them to our client-focused,
scientific solutions," said Geoff Cowan, vice president and
general manager, Western operations, R/C services. "In
preparation for leading the North St. Paul office, James has
served in a variety of roles within Davey, gaining operational
and field management experiences. In these roles, he has
built and maintained extensive relationships with clients and
colleagues, as well as showcased his ambassadorship for
the Davey brand."
