8: SANTA CRUZ OFFICE

the Sea Earth and Arbor Day celebration. Brandon Barnes, sales
arborist, and Jaime Merritt, tree care coordinator, also attended
the event where they hosted a booth, and an interactive game
called "Can you Guess What Type of Wood this is?"
9: SAN DIEGO OFFICE
James Ehteshami, sales arborist, at a Davey-sponsored booth
for San Diego's Earth Day celebration in Balboa Park. Ehteshami,
Benjamin Johnson, sales arborist, and Patrick Smith, sales
arborist, gave away carabiners and kumquats, as well as free
trees for those who booked a Davey consultation.
7: SANTA CLARA OFFICE
Santa Clara office employees Kenneth Cuddihy, district
manager, and Grace Barber, sales arborist, pose with two
attendees dressed as Star Wars characters at the City of Santa
Clara's Earth and Arbor Day Celebration. Cuddihy and Barber ran
the Davey booth and cornhole station, where the pair were able
to build community partnerships, provide education surrounding
urban forestry, and engage with approximately 1,000 local
elementary students.

6: ROCKLAND OFFICE
John Wickes, business developer, poses

tree that was planted 15 years ago on
Arbor Day at Sloatsburg Elementary
School's annual Arbor Day celebration. In
collaboration with the local Rotary Club,
Wickes attended this year's celebration
to share the story of Arbor Day, benefits
of trees, and how to properly plant a tree
with 2nd grade students. Each student
went home with their own small pitch
pine tree and a guide on how to plant it.
