15 November/December 2022 | THE DAVEY BULLETIN STEWARDSHIP EMPLOYEES VOLUNTEER TO BEAUTIFY VETERAN CEMETERIES In September, 110 Davey employees from 18 states joined with 2,462 green industry professionals volunteering to honor America's military service men and women. Davey sent crews to 24 national and state veterans' cemeteries and properties across the U.S. for Saluting Branches: Arborists United for Veteran Remembrance. Saluting Branches brings together expert arborists to improve the beauty and safety of the trees located at those sites. Davey donated $110,000 of total work to help these cemeteries, which was part of the $2.6 million in total services donated during this day of service.
