Braskich joined Davey in 2016 as a Midwest business developer after having worked for more than 14 years with utilities across the Midwest region. In 2020, she was promoted to market manager, DRG, Utility Vegetation Management services (UVM), for the Midwest region. She is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist ® , member of the Utility Arborist Association and holds a bachelor's degree in business management with an emphasis on community development from Central Michigan University. Shawn Chalker has been appointed to regional safety specialist, corporate safety department. Ryan Cordrey has been promoted to area manager, DRG, UVM, Mid-Atlantic region. Cordrey joined Davey in 2014 as a distribution vegetation planner, then in 2015 was promoted to team lead. In 2017, he was promoted to coordinator, then in 2018 to account manager for the Mid-Atlantic/ Northeast region. Cordrey is an ISA Certified Arborist Utility Specialist ® , a Maryland Licensed Tree Expert and holds an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) and Maryland Department of Agriculture Pesticide License. Jeremy Ernst Davey Resource Group Ed Kollar Residential services Jeremy Ernst has been promoted to regional operations manager, DRG, UVM, Eastern operations. Ernst joined Davey in 2011 as a transmission vegetation planner on the FirstEnergy account, then in 2012 transitioned to the Baltimore Gas and Electric account as a consulting utility forester. In 2014, he was promoted to project supervisor and in 2018 to area manager of the Northeast region. He is an ISA Certified Arborist ® , member of the Utility Arborist Association and holds a bachelor's degree in forestry management from Penn State University. Nicholas Forton has been promoted to project manager, DRG, Utility Asset Management services (UAM). Doug Hayduk has been promoted to project manager, DRG, UVM, Pacific region. Joe Joyner has been promoted to associate consultant, DRG, Environmental Consulting services, Southeast region. Matt Krause has been promoted to manager, safety training, the Davey Tree Surgery Company. Krause joined Davey in 2004 as a climber. He is a Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) and holds certifications in Advanced Arborist Skills Leader from the Davey Advanced Arborist Program and Human Performance Practitioner from the University of Idaho. Ed Kollar has been promoted to market manager, Metro New York operations, R/C services. Kollar started his Davey career in 2003 as a plant health care technician for the Albany R/C office. He served in several positions before being promoted to assistant district manager in 2013 and then district manager in 2016. He is an ISA Certified Arborist ® and a TCIA CTSP. He holds a commercial pesticide applicator license in New York and an associate degree in natural resource conservation from State University of New York (SUNY) Morrisville. Derek McGivney has been promoted to account manager, DRG, UVM, Pacific region. Vince Mikulanis has been promoted to director, DRG, Western operations. Mikulanis joined Davey in 2003 as a data collector on the San Diego Gas & Electric account. In 2005, he was promoted to project manager and then production manager in 2008. In 2018, Mikulanis was promoted to market manager for the Western consolidated business unit. He is an ISA Certified Arborist ® , Utility Specialist ® and Municipal Specialist, and holds a bachelor's degree in forestry from California State University at Humboldt.
