DaveyConnect is a place for you to connect with other
Davey employees and stay in the know with all things
Davey, but it's also the easiest way for you to access
your most used tools and resources.
These can be found in the Quick Links on
the app. Quick links include direct links to
tools (like SuccessFactors or the Learning
Management System) as well as resource
hubs that bundle your most commonly
accessed information and documents
from different departments.
We recently updated the Quick Links on
DaveyConnect to include even more of
the resources you need and to make it
easier to find what you're looking for.

As Davey continues to grow and
evolve, so does the importance of
being an employer of choice and
hiring good employees. A critical
part of attracting quality employees
is sharing what makes Davey a
great place to grow a career, and
as part of our strategic plan, we
are developing and activating
Davey's employer brand.
In 2022, Davey went through an
extensive process of research and
input to identify and create Davey's
Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
This messaging articulates who
we are as an organization, what
differentiates our company from
other employers, and it supports
recruitment and retention. Using
our EVP, we've developed a number
of new recruiting resources and
tools, updated our platforms, and
incorporated this messaging into
recruitment marketing. There is also
a new space in DaveyConnect called
"Recruiting 365," which includes
resources all employees can use
when talking with potential Davey
employees. Tools on Recruiting 365
can help you learn how you can be
an ambassador of the company, be
knowledgeable on our employee
referral program, and more. These
new resources, developed through
the EVP, will help us to better position
Davey as a great place to work, which
then supports our organizational
efforts to attract more, high-quality
employees to the company.

we can now amplify that message
in a number of ways to reach the
quality talent we want and need to
be bringing into the company."
