In high heat at 1:30 p.m., Erin and I walked the entire 2 miles around the neighborhood and observed all of the FP&L poles that are threatened by overgrown vegetation. She is tireless, thorough, and shows a genuine concern for the safety of the residents. She listens intently. She's respectful while informative, and communicates clearly, so a customer's expectations remain reasonable, avoiding misunderstandings. This is talent which can be honed but never trained.
