TRANSITIONS
Scott Bucciere has been promoted
to fleet operations manager. Bucciere
joined Davey in 2015 when he was
appointed Kent Shop Manager.
Rick Colosimo has been promoted to
project manager, government projects.
Paul Milano has been promoted to
director of fleet operations. Milano
joined Davey in 2015 as corporate
fleet manager.
Bob O'Rourke has been promoted
to district manager of the New Jersey
office. O'Rourke started with Davey
in 1989 as a trimmer for the Columbus
office. He transferred to North
Philadelphia in 1992, was promoted
to sales representative in 1996 and
became assistant district manager
in 2016. O'Rourke is an International
Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
Certified Arborist
®

Scott Stinson has been appointed
to branch manager of Davey's
Commercial Landscape Services
territory in Orlando, Florida. Stinson
has been in the green industry for
several years and spent the last 11
managing a large commercial branch
in Tampa, Florida. He holds a
bachelor's degree in turf science
from Pennsylvania State University
and is an ISA Certified Arborist.
Bernie Stuczynski has been
appointed to the position of Kent
Shop manager.
John Tokarczyk has been promoted
to operations manager, Eastern Utility
services. Tokarczyk started with
Davey in 2006. He held positions of
increasing responsibility and was
promoted to area manager in 2013.
Tokarczyk is a Tree Care Industry
Association (TCIA) Certified Treecare
Safety Professional. He is a Davey
President's Council member.
Bill Van Cura has been promoted to
operations manager, Eastern Utility
services. Van Cura started with The
Care of Trees, a Davey company, in
1982. He most recently served as
district manager of The Care of Trees
Hamden, Connecticut, Residential/
Commercial office. Van Cura is an ISA
Certified Arborist and is a licensed tree
expert with the state of New Jersey.
He is a member of the ISA and the
Utility Arborist Association.
