Davey donated a crabapple tree
as a going away present for the
eighth-grade class at Our Shepherd
Lutheran School in Birmingham,
Michigan, in honor of Arbor Day.
Luke Brunner, sales arborist, North
Detroit R/C office, said he enjoyed
"watching the excitement on the
kids' faces knowing they got to plant
something that is going to be there
for a long time."

Broughton said watching his own
daughter get a chance to enjoy
the playground was the best part
of the day.
The eighth-grade students each took
a shovel of dirt and placed it around
the tree during the planting.
