Naperville office David Bruckner Dick and I wanted to touch base with you after our experience with your tree pruning crew that spent two days in our yard last week. We were both tremendously impressed with the crew and just had to take the time to tell you. First, they were working under unbelievably difficult conditions. They were here on the days that were below zero all day. How they tolerated that extreme cold while climbing trees and cutting limbs is hard for us to imagine, yet they were quite pleasant about working in such extreme conditions. Even when I gave them an opening to complain, not one of them did so. They had a pleasant attitude and made it clear that they were enjoying the chance to be in our trees and work on our property. All day long I heard the friendly chatter of people who obviously enjoyed working with each other, who took their job seriously, who worked steadily and who worked well with each other. That in itself was a pleasure for us. Each encounter with them was pleasant as well. Each individual was friendly and personable. By 10 p.m. Saturday night, all of our customers were without power. The ice storm did tremendous damage to trees, limbs and wires. Thanks to your company, employees were able to get everyone power.
