A COMMITMENT THAT BELONGS TO ALL OF US
Every day, the people of Davey show up to do some of
the most demanding work in any industry. The risks are
real. So is the responsibility we share with
one another.
This year, we are taking an important step
forward in how we think about and lead health
and safety across our entire organization. It is
grounded in one core value that has always
guided us: protect and care for each other. That
commitment belongs to all of us, regardless of
role, title or where we work.
We are building the capacity to make work safer before
risk appears. We are learning from our jobs and our
outcomes, and adapting based on what the work is telling
us. We are partnering across teams and functions because
safety has no single owner. We are fostering the kind of
trust that makes people feel safe to speak up. We are
leading at all levels, achieving progress worth
celebrating, and working together to prevent
serious harm.
You will begin to see this commitment come
to life in a new way. A fresh approach to how
we communicate, a new icon that serves as
a symbol of everything we stand for, and our
first organization-wide campaign, 100 Days
of Summer, which runs Memorial Day through
Labor Day and brings our shared commitment to safety to
every corner of this organization.
For the people doing the work, this means you are not just
a recipient of safety. You are a leader of it.

GREEN TREES ARBORCARE JOINS DAVEY'S HARTNEY GREYMONT
Hartney Greymont, a Davey company, has announced the
addition of Green Trees Arborcare, which provides residential
and commercial tree care and plant health care services
throughout Wrentham, Massachusetts, and the Metro
Boston area, to its team.
"The combination of talent from Green Trees and resources
from Hartney and Davey marks an exciting new chapter for
both organizations," said Natalie McNeill, market manager,
New England, Residential/Commercial (R/C) services.
"This addition expands the level of expertise and care for
clients across the Metro Boston area."
Green Trees will continue to serve clients as part of
Hartney Greymont.
"We're also thrilled about the opportunity to become
employee owners," co-owner David Pavidis said. "This new
advantage will foster an even deeper sense of pride and
responsibility in the work we do. Our team is confident
we'll integrate seamlessly into Hartney's culture, and our
clients will benefit from the expanded resources we'll
have available to us."
