The crew maintained a right-of-way that had been encroached upon by a stand of mature Eastern white pines at the front of our property. Some of those trees reach as high as the transmission lines and are quite important to the value of our land. Eduardo called in advance and I expressed hesitation, relating a bad experience with another contractor. Eduardo assured me that Davey would be careful to trim only the minimum needed to assure safety and they would properly disinfect their tools. He was persuasive and reassuring, and he understood the issues. Eduardo also worked to assure my satisfaction and discussed each tree with me prior to trimming. The area was well and quickly cleaned up. All involved were friendly, hard-working and courteous. Three of the four trees were over 50 feet tall and right on my property line, which has a 6-foot-tall wooden fence. Davey performed the work in a very professional manner taking care not to damage the fence or any surrounding landscaping on both my property and that of my neighbors. At the end of the day, the crew performed an exceptionally good job of cleaning up the work areas.
