I spoke with Ben, and he was so attentive to my concerns. He understood why I was worried but assured me that he would only trim what was needed. I could tell that he was being careful as I watched him work. Afterwards, he advised me that he could see that our tree needed some watering and told me how to do it. I have a lot of emerald green arborvitae dying in front of my house, and I called you to come look at them. The diagnosis and advice on the issue were incredible. Turns out, the shrubs were all underwatered, and some were planted too deeply into the ground. I was grateful for the expertise and advice. Linda Wurtz Collinsville, Illinois EDMONTON RESIDENTIAL OFFICE Jared Creighton, Brodie Haekel Brodie and Jared arrived early, which made me very happy, as I had appointments scheduled for later that morning. They both then walked around the backyard with me as I pointed out the various trees I wanted removed. Brodie took extra care to ensure my Volkswagen bus and greenhouse received no damage. For over six hours they worked very hard, and when I returned, I noticed my instructions were followed precisely. Brodie and Jared used the chainsaw to cut the remaining trees into one-foot sections that made my backyard look tidy and enabled me to take the logs to my local Eco Station. Donald McCallum Edmonton, Alberta RHODE ISLAND ENERGY ACCOUNT I contacted my local power provider, Rhode Island Energy, about the tree branches encompassing my line feeding into my house. Your employee called and said his crew would be there and they showed up quickly. The crew thoughtfully trimmed a sycamore tree in front of my house, by removing the branches resting on my power lines. I could tell they knew what they were doing to preserve the tree, while trimming it. They also cleaned up nicely, so I didn't have any clean up to do.
