1995 as a PHC technician as part of
Davey's acquisition of Wilhelm Tree
& Lawn Care. After serving in various
roles, he most recently served as
operations manager, Western
operations, R/C services. Marks
holds a bachelor's degree in social
science from Colorado State University
and is an ISA Board Certified
Master Arborist
