THE DAVEY BULLETIN
DAVEY SHAREHOLDERS CAN NOW ACCESS THEIR
SHAREHOLDER REPORT ON NEW, ONLINE PORTAL
A new, online site is now available to Davey shareholders where they
can log-in to view their personal shareholder information.
To access the online Davey Shareholder Report Site, Davey shareholders
can take the following steps while logged in to the email address you
have on file with the company:
• Go to: shareholder.davey.com/login
• Type in your email address and click "Sign in."
• An email will be sent to your email address; open the email
and click on the "Sign in to Davey Shareholder Report Site" link.
The online report provides detailed information on total shares held,
current stock price, total value of a shareholder's common stock, share
certificate numbers, purchase date and eligibility date, and more.
The online report site does not conduct transactions. Shareholders
must conduct transactions when the stock window is open, and that
process has not changed.
Shareholders with questions about how to access the shareholder report
site can email Treasury@Davey.com. Step-by-step instructions on how
to log in to the shareholder report site, and other helpful information
about the site, can be found in the EO Corner on DaveyConnect.

NEW DAVEY HISTORY BOOK GROWTH RINGS AVAILABLE NOW
Growth Rings: A History of The
Davey Tree Expert Company tells the
story of the events that transpired
leading to the employee acquisition
of Davey Tree in 1979 and is based
on interviews with more than 50
employees, including Davey's most
recent three chief executives Doug
Cowan, Karl Warnke and Pat Covey,
members of the Davey family, recorded
interviews with former employees and
retirees, information from company
publications, and research from
several historical archival collections.
The story of Growth Rings starts in
1961, picking up where the book
Green Leaves, originally published in
1977 as an early history of the Davey
Company, ends chronologically.
Growth Rings
chronicles the success
of the employee-ownership
model at
Davey and the company's exponential
growth following the employee
acquisition through 2020.
