Jason Agosto has been promoted
to operations manager, Eastern Utility
services, Gulf region. Agosto joined
Davey in 2008 as a climber on the
Tampa Electric account. He served
in various positions in Utility services
prior to being promoted to area
manager in 2021. Agosto earned
his State Certified Right of Way
Applicator's license and is an ISA
Certified Arborist
®
.
Jennifer Behrend has been
promoted to director, human resources
administration, corporate office.
Behrend joined Davey in 2014 as an
employee records specialist and has
served in various roles within human
resources. Behrend graduated from
Kent State University with a bachelor's
degree in biology. She also earned the
designation of Certified Professional
from the Society for Human
Resource Management.
Christie Blevins
WSSI
Christie Blevins has been promoted
to director – regulatory, Wetland
Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI),
a Davey company. Blevins joined
Davey in 2014 as part of the WSSI
acquisition. She was a summer intern
with WSSI in 2002 and was hired
full-time in 2005 after obtaining her
undergraduate degree in geography
with environmental concentration
from Radford University.
Josh Cook has been promoted to
district manager, Brantford office. Cook
joined Davey in 2012 as a groundper-
son with the Hamilton office. He was
promoted to climber that same year,
foreman, then sales arborist in 2015,
and assistant district manager in 2019.
Cook is an ISA Certified Arborist
®
and a D.I.T.S. graduate.
Rochelle Cooper has been promoted
to manager of claims, legal department.
Cooper joined Davey in 1991 as a
claims coordinator in the Safety
department. She returned to Davey
in 2011 as a claims administrator, and
was promoted to team lead in 2012.
Chris Deathe has been promoted to
market manager, Brantford, Burlington,
Hamilton, and Niagara offices. Deathe
joined Davey in 1998 as a sales
arborist. He then became an assistant
district manager, Mississauga office,
and then district manager, Hamilton
office. Deathe is an ISA Certified
Arborist
®
, and is a graduate of Humber
College and D.I.T.S.
Derek Lebow has been promoted to
district manager, Toronto East office.
Lebow joined Davey in 2020 as a sales
arborist. He graduated from Western
University in 2012 with a bachelor's
degree in political science and is an
ISA Certified Arborist
®
.
Jeremy Lewis has been promoted
to health and safety training and
compliance manager, corporate safety
department. Lewis joined Davey in
2003 as an arborist in the East
Denver office. He is a D.I.T.S. graduate,
Tree Care Industry Certified Treecare
Safety Professional, ISA Certified
Arborist
®
, and an ISA Certified Tree
Worker Climber Specialist
®
.
