In the years using Davey, I have always been able to get the work I need done in a timely manner. Third, work quality. Davey's employees, from the head arborist to every worker, demonstrated expert knowledge and skills. I have yet to meet an average Davey employee. I can depend on Davey to do excellent work every time and that concept has value. And lastly, cost to benefit. There is also great value in knowing up front my tree work is going to be done quickly and in an expert manner. The crew were all exceptional people as well. A veteran employee, a young tree climber, and to my happy surprise, a young woman. They were all pleasant to talk to and they all did a fantastic job. We returned from dinner and found water pouring out of the irrigation con- trol valve boxes! At 9 p.m., I emailed Michael regarding this problem, he responded at 9:06 p.m., and next morning at 8 a.m., the Davey crew were here. Willie and Brian exhibited an impressive demeanor, work ethic, and attentiveness. Kudos to Michael Skidgel, who exhibits the leadership the team can follow. They represent Davey exactly like Davey would want to be represented! Alex D.
