Frank Monteleone has been
promoted to operations manager,
National Business Development
Team (NBDT). Monteleone joined
Davey in 2009 as branch manager
of the Cleveland West CLS territory
through the acquisition of Monteleone
Landscaping Company. Later in 2009,
he was promoted to regional business
developer for the Northeast Ohio
region, then in 2018 to national sales
manager for Commercial Services.
Tom Petrik has been promoted to
director, reliability services, DRG,
UAM. Petrik joined DRG in 2019 as
an operations manager. He holds a
bachelor's degree in business from
Bellarmine University and a master's
degree in computer science from
Binghamton University.
Jeremy Sadler has been promoted
to regional vice president, business
development, DRG, UAM. Sadler
joined DRG in 2014 as a business
developer for the Northeast territory.
He has more than 20 years of
experience working in the electric
utility industry and is actively engaged
in many industry organizations. He
holds a bachelor's and master's degree
in geology from DePauw University
and Idaho State University.
Don Viers has been promoted to
area manager, Eastern Utility
services, Lakes region. Viers joined
Davey in 2014 a work planner and
was promoted to general foreman
in 2015. In 2018, he was promoted
to account manager. He is a Tree
Care Industry Association (TCIA)
Certified Treecare Safety
Professional (CTSP).
Max Walter has been promoted
to senior manager, marketing
technology, corporate marketing
department. Walter joined Davey in
2002 as a business analyst with the
IT department, then transferred to
R/C services in 2011 where he held
numerous positions. He is a past
member of the Davey President's
Council and holds a bachelor's
degree in liberal studies from
Bowling Green State University.
Mike Watson has been promoted
to branch manager, CLS, Dulles
territory. Watson joined Davey in
1992 and has held various positions,
with his most recent role being
account manager. He is a Registered
Pesticide Technician with the
Department of Agriculture and a
2005 D.I.G.M. graduate.
