Allen joined Davey in 2004 as a climbing arborist for the South Detroit office. He was promoted to sales arborist in 2017 and assistant district manager in 2018. He is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist® and a 2007 Davey Institute of Tree Sciences (D.I.T.S.) graduate. Sean Barlette has been promoted to market manager, Mid-Central operations, Residential/Commercial (R/C) services. Barlette joined Davey in 1991 as a landscaper at the Akron office. After holding numerous positions, he was promoted in 1999 to sales arborist for the Akron office, then in 2013 to district manager of the newly formed Northwest Detroit office. Barlette is an ISA Certified Arborist ® and a 1997 D.I.T.S. graduate. Michael Bowser has been promoted to manager of technology, Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey company. Bowser joined WSSI in 2013 and has held various positions within the geographic information systems (GIS) department. He holds a bachelor's degree in geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in GIS from Pennsylvania State University. Michael Bowser WSSI Anthony Clum Midwest North CLS operations Anthony Clum has been promoted to operations manager, Commercial Landscape Services (CLS), Midwest North operations. Clum joined Davey in 2010 as a crew leader for the Columbus West CLS branch, then later in 2010 was promoted to account manager. In 2014, he was promoted to branch manager of the Cleveland East territory. He is a graduate of D.I.T.S. and the Davey Institute of Grounds Management (D.I.G.M.). He holds a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License in Ohio and has completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers course. John Cooke has been promoted to director of technology, WSSI. Cooke joined WSSI in 2006 as a consultant. In 2009, he was hired full time as an engineering technology coordinator, and in 2018 he was promoted to engineering technology manager. Cooke holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Middlebury College. Mike Dombrosky has been promoted to branch manager, Cleveland East territory. Dombrosky joined Davey in 2002 and has held various positions throughout his career. He is a D.I.T.S. and D.I.G.M. graduate, an ISA Certified Arborist ® and a Certified Landscape Technician. Barry Downes has been appointed to health and safety director, utility solutions, corporate safety department. His professional experience includes numerous positions in field support, domestic and international safety leadership and consulting, mainly within the utility industry. Barry holds a master's degree in instructional leadership from Neumann University and holds a Certified Safety Professional certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Sarah Halford has been promoted to director, business support, Davey Resource Group (DRG), Utility Asset Management (UAM). Halford joined Davey in 2017 as a business analyst. She has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and a master's degree in finance from Michigan State University. Clinton McFall has been promoted to director, technical services, DRG, UAM. McFall joined DRG in 2015 as a GIS production manager. In 2016, he oversaw a critical GIS infrastructure expansion initiative and in 2018 was promoted to operations manager of the GIS team. McFall holds a bachelor's degree in GIS and a certificate in information technology from Kennesaw University.
