Craig Ritter
Chesapeake
R/C operations
Zane Raudenbush has been
appointed to turf and herbicide
specialist, Davey Institute.
Craig Ritter has been promoted
to market manager, Chesapeake
operations, R/C services. Ritter joined
Davey in 1996 as a trimmer at the
West Philadelphia R/C office. In 2004
he was promoted to assistant district
manager of the Richmond office. In
2008, Ritter was promoted to district
manager of the Eastern Shore office,
and in 2018 became district manager
of the Richmond office. Ritter is an
ISA Certified Arborist
®
and TCIA CTSP.
He is a 1999 D.I.T.S. graduate.
Chuck Shouse

operations
Joshua Van Kemp
Toronto East
office
Chuck Shouse has been promoted
to market manager, Texas operations,
R/C services. Shouse joined Davey
in 1993 as a trimmer trainee at the
Kansas City R/C office. From 1993
to 1999 he held various foreman
positions at the Kansas City and
South Chicago R/C offices before
being promoted in 1999 to sales
trainee. In 2001, he was promoted to
assistant district manager. In 2007, he
was promoted to district manager of
the Milwaukee R/C office and in 2017
transferred to the East San Antonio
R/C office. He is an ISA Certified
Arborist
®
, 1997 D.I.T.S. graduate, and
holds Aerial Rescue and Electrical
Hazards qualifications from TCIA.
Lukas Suzano has been promoted
to assistant district manager,
Buffalo office.
Joshua Van Kemp has been
promoted to district manager, Toronto
East office. Van Kemp joined Davey
in 2017 and was promoted to sales
representative shortly thereafter. In
2019, he was promoted to assistant
district manager. He is an ISA Certified
Arborist
®
and a 2020 D.I.T.S. graduate.
He is also a graduate of Sir Sandford
Fleming's Forestry Program.
Jennifer Van Houten has been
promoted to project manager,
Davey Mitigation for DRG.
Thomas Whitney has been
appointed to technical advisor,
Pacific Northwest and Western
Canada region, Davey Institute.
Travis Willhite has been promoted
to account manager, DRG, Utility
Asset Management, South operations.
