Normally when crews come through I feel like I have to supervise them to ensure they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. Terry and his men stay active and engaged. One of the things I've enjoyed the most is Terry honoring my request to be notified when he and his crew are going to be on my property. He is one of the most respectful men I've met in a long time. It is obvious that safety is his first priority the way he oversees his people and the hand signals they use to communicate to each other. Your team released resources to assist in safely restoring close to 150,000 impacted Rhode Island customers. The reconstruction we faced would have taken much longer had you not worked by our side. Thank you for hanging in there with us until our last customer was back in service. We are conscious of the fact that many of the mutual assistance partners who came to our aid have endured catastrophic storm events in their own regions in past months.
