Reflecting on 2014
A
lthough a number of challenges confronted the Company earlier this year and
caused us to fall behind our planned financial performance, we have now regained
momentum and are targeting a strong finish to 2014.
Contributing to our resilience in performance would be the commitment to our
strategic plan and the steady direction provided by each of the strategy team leaders.
Our plan, and more importantly, all of those directly and indirectly implementing the plan
have kept the focus on what's important: offering our clients a better service experience,
growing our business organically and inorganically and maintaining a healthy financial
performance in all areas of our operations. We also have initiatives in place
to better communicate our brand message while at the same time promoting the variety
of services we have to offer. Additionally, we are focusing more time and capital in the
area of personnel attraction and development to assure proper succession throughout
the Company.
It's obvious we are prepared and capable of exercising more control over our future
than ever before. All this being said, our Company is in very good condition thanks to
you and many, many others who are committed to making "your" company successful
and the leading institution in the industry. Additionally, we cannot acknowledge our
success without recognizing how extremely grateful we are for the confidence that our
clients, large and small, have placed in us. We owe them excellence in the services we
provide and a true understanding and concern for their needs.
We're looking forward to the New Year and the abundance of opportunities we
have to be innovative and solution-oriented. Our accomplishments will provide
measurable benefits for our clients, for ourselves professionally and personally and
for this wonderfully unique company of ours.
Enjoy the true purpose of the holiday season and reflect on the many blessings
you have to be thankful for. Happy Holidays to all, Merry Christmas and the best of
the New Year.
