We will also continue to introduce more innovative and proactive approaches to improving our employees' safety, such as our Industrial Athlete Program, Hinge Health initiatives through our group health offerings, and updates to our companywide stretching program. All these programs and initiatives are implemented with the best interests of our employees' health in mind. They are completely focused on improving the work experience and overall safety of our employees, using proactive strategies and programs to prevent incidents. By better defining and reorganizing our existing teams within the health and safety department, and creating new support groups and roles, these strategic changes will allow the safety team to keep pace with the scale and complexity of our growing company and continue to provide exceptional safety support to all Davey operations.
