He found the wallet of one of our children on a bus he took during a conference and that our child had taken a few days earlier. In addition to our child's ID cards, the wallet had a lot of cash, and Terry tracked us down to return it all. We have been Davey customers for years in Indianapolis, and Terry provided an excellent reminder of why. With the coronavirus, we are trying hard to conserve cash. My husband and I made the decision to keep our tree pruning appointment because we know the downstream impact of our economic decisions. We made the right decision. Our crew is incredible. Most of all, they make me feel so taken care of. While Dwayne ascends our fir tree, Leah saw our Japanese maple needed pruning. So she just took care of it in a spare moment. Jason didn't like a large branch hanging over our roof, so he took it down. People insist on Roy, and I understand why. He is no-nonsense, knowledgeable and honest. And Gina is the best ambassador you could have. With this pandemic, just know that this team's attitude has gone a long way to remind me that kindness is everything. They practiced social distancing and took precautions when needed, which going into this was a concern of mine. I am hopeful and believe the grass will grow through and the water will now drain properly. I will keep Davey in mind when I have a need for tree or yard work on my property. I also appreciate how quickly this was addressed and my kids are happy to have their play area back. The work came out better than I ever thought.
