Molly Senter, Davey's property
manager, said the company built
a new, 10,000-square-foot office
facility with crew rooms for all three
territories, management offices,
administrative work spaces and
sales staff areas. The existing office
space was demolished to provide
additional parking.
Senter said the work included a
4,300-square-foot addition to the shop
space to add garage bays and an
office for the shop manager. The new
spaces were designed to improve
work flow and functionality.
"I think it's an interesting project
because it showcases the
collaboration between several of
our operating units," Senter said.
"You have the R/C offices, the CLS
territory and a shop all operating
efficiently and effectively out of a
combined space."
