DAVEY PEOPLE
"Before I started at Davey
Resource Group (DRG) five
years ago, I worked in the
restaurant industry for 15
years. Then, I answered an
ad on Craigslist for DRG. It
was a big transition but worth
it. At Davey, I've been able
to grow and improve in ways
I never would have in my
previous industry. Now, I've
learned how to be a more
effective communicator,
enhance my tech skills and
improve my leadership
capabilities. I am the master
of my own destiny at Davey.
The more I put into it, the
more avenues I open for
myself. And, as an employee
owner, I get to literally buy
into what we're doing."
