REPORT SCOPE AND BOUNDARY
This report, our fourth annual corporate responsibility report, covers the 2015 reporting period. Content and data
include both our U.S. and Canadian operations, unless noted otherwise.
The 2015 Corporate Responsibility Report contains disclosures from the Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 reporting guidelines, the most widely used sustainability
framework in the world.
In line with G4's guidance on materiality, we are narrowing our reporting to focus on the environmental, social and
governance topics identified as most significant to our operations and our stakeholders:
