The health and well-being of our employees is essential to
Davey Tree's success. Our health and wellness programs
promote healthier lifestyles and more engaged employees.
Davey Tree's biometric screening program offers employees
financial incentives to participate through discounted
health insurance plan premiums. We also offer annual
audiometric tests for all landscape and arborist field
employees who use powered lawn/turf mowing, trimming
or shearing equipment for more than half of the day.
In addition, our Employee Assistance Program, through
Guardian, and Integrated Behavioral Health program
provide support with:
