WASTE Our Solid Waste & Hazardous Waste Management and Reduction action plans ensure we are complying with all laws regarding the proper disposal of hazardous waste and preventing pollution. In 2014, we analyzed our facility waste footprint and determined only 0.28 metric tonnes of waste were sent to landfill per employee per year. While we continue to manage our facility waste footprint, given how little waste our facilities send to landfill, we no longer track and report on facility waste. 32
