Duke Energy account Ben Gunter Recently one of your crews came to our property to do trimming for Duke Power. After they left, I suspected that one of the crewmembers had stolen something from us. I contacted Davey and you referred it to your local supervisor, Ben Gunter. Ben contacted me immediately and met with me; we were able to resolve the issues in a friendly, speedy fashion. Ben was top notch. He was prompt, caring, attentive, honest and bent over backward to make sure we were satisfied. You've got an employee you can be proud of in Ben Gunter. I want you to know that those guys are top notch. They helped me get to my car even though they were not obligated to. I don't know their names but I want you to please be aware that words cannot explain how good people they are. They are true leaders and you should know that. I also remember running past them before I broke my foot on the way back, where I observed their courtesy, eye for safety and professionalism toward visitors of the park. Care was taken to keep dam- age to surrounding lawn areas, trees and shrubs to a minimum. Cleanup was meticulous, with merely a little sawdust and a few twigs remain- ing from quite a large project. Special thanks to Sales Arborist Luke Werner for explaining the tree removal options available to me and scheduling the work for completion. A great job by all of those involved. I would definitely recommend Davey to a friend or relative! In a world of whiners complaining about traffic, I wanted to take this opportunity to give you positive feedback. Dale and Joanna Tarver Muskoka office Josh Martella, Chris Paribello I would like to take this opportunity to follow up on the recent considerations and services provided to me back in July 2014 regarding the ash trees on the 13th Line BWG. We have a beautiful canopy of ash trees along the 13th Line BWG, gracing a cluster of homes along this municipal right-of-way. These trees also extend onto each property, making our little neighborhood scenic and shaded. I asked you if our situation and location was part of BWG's emerald ash borer Management Strategy Program. You were quick to respond; the outcome and experience could not have been more positive and pleasant! After an assessment, it was determined that 12 ash trees qualified as inventory for treatment on the municipal right-of-way. I would like to add that the services provided by Mr. Christopher Paribello was prompt and extremely professional. Their technician, a wonderful young man in Josh Martello, was very thorough and courteous indeed. Mr. Paribello, Mr. Martello, thank you for providing such professional and courteous service!
