Several months ago, Bryant had to oversee the removal of many trees from my property. He then helped me select several items to purchase and have planted as part of my landscaping plans. Bryant is a very good listener and is a pleasure to work with on a project. I really got the sense he cared about what I wanted for my backyard. Bryant is a respectful, courteous young man with a down-to-earth attitude. That gives you the confidence that the two of you are working together. Bryant is definitely approachable, which makes you comfortable to ask questions throughout the process. He is a definite asset to Davey. To begin, Andrew Lutz appeared on time. Then, he took his time walking with me around my 1-acre property accessing how my trees and shrubs were doing with the current program I was on with Davey. He was able to diagnose every pathogen and possible insect damage and also recommend alternate species to plant in both a technical and layman approach. What he didn't know is that botany and horticulture used to be my field (albeit years ago), and I knew his expertise was absolutely excellent. It is purely due to Mr. Lutz that I am continuing with Davey. They were very careful not to damage any of the bushes or trees around the two ash trees. They consulted me when there was a potential issue and were extremely nice and professional. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Geoff Clark also did an outstanding job. He was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He managed our project perfectly. Amy was a delight to listen to and understood clearly what was happening with our maple tree. The tree removal team was polite and thought- ful in their work and cleanup. Carol Ducharma Vanais Heights, Minnesota Tampa Electric account Randy Mueller The purpose of the letter is to inform you of a job well-done by your tree company and specifically one of your employees, Foreman Randy Mueller. The Davey crew was trimming utility clearance lines for Tampa Electric in my neighborhood, North Tampa – Forest Hills. While traveling near the work crew my 1965 Ford lost power and stopped right in the middle of the road. Then, the Davey crew, headed by Randy Mueller, came to my assistance and helped me push the auto right off the right-of-way, and I was able to call a tow truck to assist with my old car. As a graduate of Kent State University in the year of 1972 from the college of education, I have come to expect above and beyond quality in reference to Davey. I was pleasantly surprised that your company employees acted in such a manner, without my prompting, to assist a local motorist in need. I am glad to hear the growth of Davey and I am glad to see your trucks in the Tampa area. It reminds me of the great Tree City, Kent, Ohio. Gary Bukszar Tampa, Florida Peterson Air Force Base account Austin Jurk, Nate Reinholtz I had a wonderful experience this morning from Nate and Austin. These two young men agreed to help me because I was unaware of the new rules. The housing office told us they maintained the yards if you have a privacy fence, which I do, but the manager explained the rules changed. It took them maybe five minutes total to get it all whacked down and cleaned up. They also told me about the deployed spouse program and said if I ever needed help to please just let them know. My husband has been in Korea for 10 months and we have another five to go, so this is just one less thing I need to worry about. We often see workers and don't take the time to appreciate the hard labor they do. These two guys deserve recognition!
