Particularly with the work on the tree next door, the amount of new light is amazing. I have a nice big pile of chips in the side yard; they asked exactly where I would like them and put them there. That I pretty much expected because of your reputation and professionalism. But there were other things done I did not expect. I had tons of plants in the parkway— several roses, peonies and perennials. I thought one or two would have to be sacrificed. They maneuvered the truck to avoid them. I have no damage. Normally this would be stressful. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. It's such a pleasure to see this level of expertise. The best part of all is that they did not laugh at me as I ran around in a state near ecstasy, babbling about how great it was. Thank you so much, Bob. It was like a great military operation. There are many rare and expensive succulents planted at the base of where those trees were located. Feausi Ioane and crew removed those trees like a fine surgeon would use precision during a major surgery. If you saw this site, you would not know those trees were ever there. No trace of the removal was visible. I just cannot tell you how much this means to me. I loved my trees, and I love my garden. Obviously, Mr. Ioane and his crew love it, too!
