will
soon
be
in
your
neighborhood
removing
trees
and
incompatible
vegetation
from
above
the
natural
gas
transmission
pipeline
located
near
your
property.
This
work
is
one
of
many
PG&E
pipeline
safety
initiatives
and
will
improve
our
ability
to
maintain,
inspect
and
safely
operate
the
pipeline
now
and
into
the
future.
PG&E
and
our
landscape
architect
have
worked
closely
with
the
City
of
Sunnyvale
to
develop
a
restoration
plan
that
provides
for
compatible
uses
near
the
pipeline
and
complements
the
local
landscape.
We
will
be
restoring
any
areas
disturbed
by
the
vegetation
work
with
native
drought-tolerant
plants,
groundcover
and
flowers.
