The second largest cemetery in the United States, Spring Grove
Cemetery is also a National Historic Landmark.
This historic cemetery has entrusted Davey with complete tree
and shrub care, from storm response and emergency service
to proactive plant health care. Davey has also been involved in
special projects, such as invasive species management and tree
inventory and assessment work.
Davey has been great with their response to our needs over
the years, always being competitive with their price and
able to supply us with a crew in an emergency. In 2008 (Ike), we
had over 150 trees down or damaged and needing to be removed.
Davey brought in crews from Chicago and Nashville to dedicate
to us for a month to help us clean up. Even after small storms they
have a crew available to remove our damaged trees."
