Transitions September/October 2014 | 33 Jack McCabe has been promoted to vice president of DRG utility operations. McCabe joined Davey Resource Group in 1999 as a senior consulting utility forester on the PG&E Pre-Inspection account. He has served as PG&E Pre- Inspection project manager, DRG western region production manager and most recently DRG western region operations manager. He is a recipient of the Davey Outstanding Manager Award at the 2004 National Managers' Meeting and the Leadership Award at the 2013 National Managers' Meeting. He is a past member of the President's Council. He is a graduate of the University of California-Santa Cruz. Michael McCollum has been promoted to regional vice president for Wolf Tree. McCollum began his career with Wolf Tree in 2009 and has held the positions of plant health care technician, residential manager and most recently operations manager. He has a bachelor's degree in ornamental horticulture/landscape design from The University of Tennessee. Kevin Bauer has been promoted to operations and financial manager of Wolf Tree. Bauer began his career with eastern utility in 2004 as an operations administrator, and he has held the positions of manager of utility processes, business manager of eastern utility, operations man- ager of the northeast region and operations manager of Wolf Tree. He is a past member of the President's Council. Bauer earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Kevin Bauer Herb Landmann has been promoted to operations manager, government services. Landmann joined Davey Resource Group in 2002 as a specialist, then manager, on the Architect of the Capital project. Since 2009, Landmann has been involved with ALB treatment projects, more recently becoming the ALB national contract manager. Joellen Bowen has been promoted to general foreman on the FirstEnergy account. Michael Bridgman has been promoted to sales arborist at the Edmonton office. Chuck Daum has been promoted to manager of purchasing at the corporate office. Jose Gerena has been promoted to general foreman on the FirstEnergy account. Ian Laidlaw has been promoted to sales arborist at the Ottawa office. Helio Martinez has been promoted to general foreman on the FirstEnergy account. Steve McCarthy has been promoted to sales arborist at the Mississauga office. Kris McDonald has been promoted to sales arborist at the Burnaby office.
