Trees' Alexandria crewmembers inspecting,
trimming and fertilizing trees—a mere glimpse
of the in-kind services they have provided
onsite for 12 years. The results of yet another
strong, working relationship—one between the
City of Alexandria's municipal arborists and
The Care of Trees—received some recognition
during the directors' next stop where they
watched a crew in action in Alexandria.
Davey's CLS turf renovation contract on
the National Mall includes sodding, seeding,
field restoration, fertilization and core aeration,
which crewmembers demonstrated for the
directors during their visit.
The directors' tour concluded at the National
Harbor, a 528-acre, mixed-use waterfront
development WSSI has been working on for
nearly 20 years.
