Judy was the administrative assistant for the utility service line at the corporate office. Larry Petrasek retired after 31 years. Larry was the fleet administrator manager at the corporate office. Upon his last day at Davey, Petrasek said: "It has been a pleasure serving each and every one of you in your fleet administration and truck needs over the years. You all set the standards for the tree industry and employee ownership that others strive to achieve." Fred Johnson retired after 14 years. He was corporate vice president of operations at the corporate office. Johnson joined Davey in 1999 as manager of operations support services. In 2001, he was promoted to vice president of operations support services, and in 2003, he became a company officer. With more than 30 years total experience developing and implementing long-range plans and budgets for diverse groups within the corporate structure, Johnson's primary focus at Davey was managing corporate support func- tions including safety, fleet and purchasing. During his Davey career, Johnson also participated in Rex Houze's Executive Training and Leadership Development Program. He is a graduate of Flint Junior College and Western Michigan University. We wish the best for Johnson and his wife, Mary, as they enter retirement. Currently, the couple resides in Silver Lake, Ohio. Fred Johnson Diana Lee retired after 20 years. She was an office coordinator at the Naples office. Richard Stuck retired after 39 years. Richard was a work planner on the FirstEnergy account. Jennifer Wang retired after 8 years. Jennifer worked in the human resources department at the corporate office. Let Your Knowledge Grow A pplicator license holders and ISA certified arborists who are required to earn continuing education units to maintain certification can earn credits online through the Davey Institute. Each course is taken at the student's own pace with registration and course materials, which are all available online.
