We have used Davey for a number of years and have relied on Jason's expertise and profes- sionalism each time. We've referred friends to Davey because we know they will be taken care of by Jason and his team of professionals. Just last week, we called Jason since we were in a bind, and our township had actually suggested we call a tree company. We fly our American flag every day at our home and our flag pole rope broke. We had no way of getting a new rope secured. We called several flag pole companies but no one seemed to want the job. We finally contacted our local township hoping that a donation to the local fire company may provide some assistance but they recommended that we call a tree company, so we then turned to Jason. He said not to worry, his crew would be in our area in a few days and it would only take a few minutes to restring it using one of their bucket trucks. Well, sure enough, the crew came last week and it did only take five minutes, maybe less ... but Old Glory was flying proudly again and in time for Memorial Day. I am a third generation of veterans, so flying my American flag is something we do proudly and consistently. I want to pass along my thanks to your company and to Jason for coming to our rescue. I know he'll be back in a few weeks to start our tree trimming again, but in the meantime, I wanted to let you know that he is a great asset to your team. Thank you.
