At Davey, our work has always been rooted in a simple belief.

In 2025, Davey achieved 1.948 billion dollars in revenue, an increase of 5.8 percent. This growth
reflects the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our employee owners across the
United States and Canada. But our progress is measured by more than financial results. It is
measured by how we live our core values of safety, integrity, expertise, leadership, stewardship,
and perseverance. These values shape the decisions we make and the responsibility we carry to
future generations.
Corporate responsibility is how we put these values into action. It is how we support our
communities, invest in our people, expand access to opportunity, reduce our environmental
footprint, and strengthen the leadership that defines our company. These commitments come

This year also marked an important milestone with the opening of the SEED Campus. While
SEED is one location, its purpose reaches far beyond its walls. The research developed there
supports our teams in the field, and the training refined there is designed to be applied across
service lines. SEED strengthens our ability to improve safety, advance environmental practices,
and deliver better outcomes for employees, clients, and communities. It reflects our long standing
belief that science, learning, and innovation are essential to responsible growth.
