Davey Tree Collegiate Day welcomed nearly 100 students
from 14 different colleges to tour the SEED Campus, learn
about the company and participate in training on tree
climbing, pest diagnoses and career development. The two-
day experience gave students the opportunity to network
with Davey Tree professionals and peers from other
universities while deepening their passion for environmental
science.

Public Relations Strengthened Our Voice
In 2025, Davey continued to elevate its voice by partnering with arborists across the organization to share
their expertise with the public. With over 236 media stories and the Talking Trees with Davey Tree podcast –
which reached 47,822 downloads and featured 43 arborists nationwide – field experts played a central role in
educating communities on issues such as invasive species, seasonal changes, and tree care.
Davey also extended this outreach by
sharing SEED Campus developments
publicly through a dedicated SEED
blog, offering insight into the campus's
first uses, research, and
training as it opened.
Together with earned
media and the
podcast, the blog
helped showcase
Davey's leadership
and educate audiences
on how SEED is advancing
the industry.
CVSA Honors Motor Carrier
Davey hosted the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA)
industry training program at the SEED Campus, bringing
together national transportation and industry leaders to
advance commercial motor vehicle safety and compliance.
Davey and their Motor Carrier Support team are recognized
by CVSA and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
(FMCSA) for helping develop national roadside inspection
training used by officers across North America. In recognition
of this leadership, CVSA produced a national training video
that features Davey as a model carrier.
