10: WISE OAK
Jarid Vittum, district manager, Wise Oak, a
Davey company, worked with employees to
plant a flowering dogwood tree donated by
Davey with students from Burr and Burton
Academy. Jack Jacob, sales arborist;
Seth Dugger, PHC technician trainee;
Aidan Lathrop, PHC technician; and
George Conety, sales arborist; along with
coordination from Karli Knapp, property
care coordinator, also helped students plant
the tree on the school's campus.

Carter Peck, regional business developer,
Davey Business Development Team, and
Brock Leighton, sales arborist, along with
Hannah Underwood, recruiter, Talent
Development, and Chris Plante, district
manager, helped Girl Scouts fulfill badge
requirements at an Earth Day
celebration hosted by the Girl Scouts of
Maine. At the Davey booth, the group gave
scouts of all ages a peak into the life of
a tree by way of exploring its structures,
processes and contributions.

technician; Brian Kilbane, sales arborist;
Allan Nosoff; Brad McBride, district manager;
and Nick Dios, assistant district manager,
encouraged viewers to save a tree for Arbor
Day by talking about how to assess and help
a winter-damaged, salt-exposed tree by
using the proper tools and fixing the soil by
adding humates.
8: ST. LOUIS OFFICES
Jon Corzine, district manager, West St. Louis
office (left to right); Kyle Carevic, district
manager, North St. Louis; Tom Beshoar,
district manager, East St. Louis; and
Ted Smick, sales trainee, North St. Louis,
planted a Cherokee Princess Dogwood tree
in the Tier Garden of Grant's Farm in St. Louis,
Missouri, and ran a Davey table to discuss
tree-related questions.
