I just push safety to the front of everything. Everyone knows that if they're doing something unsafe, I'm going to address it. And we'll fix the issue and get back to work. RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL SERVICES GROW IN 5 MARKETS In March, Residential/Commercial (R/C) services added five new offices to its operations: The North St. Louis office in Missouri, the Southwest Metro office in Minneapolis, the Portland South office in Maine, the Gurnee office in Illinois and the Yorkville office in Illinois. Kyle Carevic will lead the North St. Louis office, Ryan Gustafson will lead Southwest Metro, Dana DiRenzo will lead Portland South, Brent Lundstrom will lead Gurnee and Tony Brugger will lead Yorkville. "There's been a rising demand for services across these markets, and to meet these demands, we are excited to grow and help more people with their tree care and landscape needs," said Geoff Cowan, vice president and general manager of R/C services. "With nearly 100 years of combined experience, these leaders all represent Davey's core values and will strengthen both new and longstanding relationships with our clients and colleagues." Each office will deliver community-focused results, including healthier local trees through expert inspections and treatment, greater safety through professional pruning and long-term environmental and economic benefits that help strengthen the community. BRAND GROWTH Kyle Carevic North St. Louis Carevic started with Davey in 2010 as a trimmer trainee. In 2013, he was promoted to sales arborist, then in 2019 to assistant district manager for the St. Louis R/C office. Ryan Gustafson Southwest Metro Gustafson joined Davey in 2002 as an intern at the Minneapolis R/C office. In 2006, he was promoted to inventory arborist and project manager within Davey Resource Group. Most recently, Gustafson was promoted to sales arborist for the South Minneapolis R/C office in 2013, then to district manager of the South Minneapolis R/C office in 2024. Dana DiRenzo Portland South DiRenzo joined Davey in 2008 as a foreman. In 2022, he was promoted to sales arborist at the Portland, Maine R/C office. Prior to Davey, DiRenzo had six years of experience in the tree care and green industries. Brent Lundstrom Gurnee Lundstrom joined Davey in 2024 as the assistant district manager of the Lake Bluff R/C office. Prior to Davey, Lundstrom had eight years of experience in the tree and plant health care and sales industries. Tony Brugger Yorkville Brugger joined Davey in 2008 as a regional manager of the Illinois region after Davey acquired The Care of Trees, Inc. In 2015, he was promoted to sales arborist at the Naperville R/C office and later that same year to assistant district manager of the Naperville R/C office.
