GOLDEN OAK AWARD
Colin Style, trimmer trainee,
Chippers, a Davey company,
Woodstock office, received the
D.I.T.S. Golden Oak Award. This
prestigious award was instituted
in 1989 and is presented to the
D.I.T.S. student who accumulates
the highest number of points on
all assignments throughout the
month-long program.
FACULTY AWARD
Alex Peraud (left), foreman,
St. Louis office, Residential/
Commercial services, and Ethan
Ramirez Gothard, sales arborist,
Nanaimo office, Davey Tree Expert
Co. of Canada, Limited, received
the D.I.T.S. Faculty Award. This
award is presented to D.I.T.S.
participants who best exemplify the
spirit of seeking knowledge and the
willingness to share that knowledge.

and Jose Ventura Jr. shared their favorite
moments, best-learned tips and more
from their time at D.I.T.S. with The Bulletin.

hotel lobby, we've gone rock climbing together — it's
been cool to find people I've never met who are around
my age and are in the same stage of life I am in."
