"I'm proud of their extreme focus on safety and efficiency – through that commitment and hard work, they've been able to get their work done early every year and then transition into time and material work to help the client with tasks beyond what was originally assigned." Q. What's something you've learned that's helped you, that's a tip you can share with other general foremen in utility services? A. "For me, it's about communication and valuing every- one's input for positive outcomes. I've taken a strong stance on encouraging foremen out here to make good decisions for the betterment of their crews, and that's been truly beneficial for them. Being part of a flexible and adaptable team has really become who we are." Q. What are you looking forward to in 2026 at Davey? A. "I'm looking forward to another safe and successful year in 2026 with my team, and I'm eager to help out in ways that contribute to the strategic success of Davey in the future."
