THE DAVEY BULLETIN
''
Teamwork at Davey is evident and far superior
to anywhere else I've worked. When I correct
unsafe behaviors or make recommendations to
improve a work plan, it is received in a positive
manner. Any improvements or changes to the
work plan are made and agreed upon as a team.
I can assist employees as a leader versus being
just a supervisor. Employees comply with safety
policies, not for fear of being disciplined, but
because they genuinely want to perform the
tasks correctly and avoid incidents.
