30 THE DAVEY BULLETIN | March/April 2023 DAVEY RESOURCE GROUP Karen Rosson The City of Hayward wanted Davey to get tree appraisal done for six trees. I want to formally recognize Karen. I appreciate all that Karen does. She has helped me numerous times for several projects within my portfolio and she has always approached each situation with utmost professionalism and care. Alwin Delapena PG&E Gas Distribution Walnut Creek, California ELMSFORD OFFICE James Craven I called Davey regarding my interest in having a certified arborist assess the health of a large limb extending from my 40-foot weeping cherry tree. James "Jake" Craven was scheduled to come out for the very next day. In addition to recommending the removal of the large limb, Jake also recommended removal of the dead wood from the tree. As a new owner of the property, Jake also helped educate me about the various other trees on the property. Jake accommodated my preferences for scheduling quickly. The crew started and finished the work within the estimated time frame, and were highly skilled, polite, and thorough. I highly recommend Davey, and I plan to return for any tree work needs I have in the future. Laura Marx Cortlandt Manor, New York PNM ACCOUNT Jose Soto We have seven crews working to trim out a circuit for Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). The crews from Texas have been working hard since day one here and have been doing a fantastic job. They are under the supervision of Jose Soto. Chris Deyerle Traveling Contract Forester – CN Utility Consulting (CNUC) Tesuque, New Mexico SANTA CRUZ OFFICE Jeremy Nama Early in the morning, at 2 a.m., we were awakened to the sound of a redwood falling into our living room. After contacting Davey, we were fortunate enough to have Jeremy come to our house to help us remove a widow maker that had punctured through the ceiling, into the house. Jeremy was one of the best service providers we've had the opportunity of working with. He was able to patch up our roof and take care of the job in less than two hours. I honestly couldn't ask for more from a professional. Cheryl Mercurio Ben Lomond, California VANCOUVER BC HYDRO ACCOUNT Richard Frantzen, Aaron Grant, Donald Mercer, Daniel Shrum Your team serviced my home. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were efficient onsite, and it was clear they were very focused on safety. Cones were laid out on the road, and when people came to our house, they had them stop and wait to ensure the area was secure. They stacked the wood really nicely – overall great service. Barry Hartman Delta, British Columbia FIRSTENERGY ACCOUNT Your crew has been working along our road here in northwestern New Jersey for several days. For the past three days, they have been removing a large ash tree that is very close to our house. They have been courteous, careful, and incredibly efficient and safe with this very risky project. They noted that we use firewood and have been leaving all the large cuttings in manageable sizes, while raking away every piece of small twigs in the yard. They are truly excellent, and we just want to express our appreciation and gratitude. Jeremy Nauert Blairstown, New Jersey LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE TERRITORY Lincoln Adams, Jose Maldonado I wanted to let you know what a fantastic job I think Davey is doing. Lincoln, Jose, and their whole crew couldn't be any more helpful, polite, and hard-working young adults. We as a community are very lucky to have them. Keep up the good work. Scott and Nancy Houston Daytona Beach, Florida LETTERS Send your client letters telling of their "5-star" client experience via email to: bulletin@davey.com.
