Rob Toney has been promoted to
vice president, DRG Pacific Services,
LLC. Toney joined Davey in 2007 as a
consulting utility forester on the PG&E
Central Coast pre-inspection project.
In 2018, he was promoted to regional
operations manager, Davey Resource
Group (DRG), Utility Vegetation
Management (UVM), Pacific region.
Toney most recently served as director,
PG&E operations, DRG. He is an Inter-
